Recovery at 40+ — what's actually working for you?

I'm 43. Train 4x a week. Wake up creaking. Was 20 minutes warmup at 30, now 45 minutes at 43.
Masters: what's actually working? Sauna? Sleep? Specific lifts? Cold plunge? Or just acceptance?
